Day 4: What is a "diet" dance?

Your girl is back! Without a plunger.

Let's be frank, it wasn't a perfect day. No, it was far from perfect. We failed on most fronts: maintaining "worry time", taking the vitamins, sleeping the full 8 hours (I would have even settled for a full 6 hours), drinking water, and eating regularly. This whole social distancing thing is messing with my regularly-timed and fully nutritious meals / bathroom and water breaks to break up the monotony of work.

But, we did do one thing right - working out. And all before the wee hours of the night (by 8 pm, to be precise). 



Okay so this is called the "15 minute diet dance video" but, when I clicked on it, I was certain it said "quiet dance video". I genuinely thought today's workout wouldn't be quite as annoying as the previous Latin dance attempt and/or clogging the toilet. But here we were, jumping up and down for a solid fifteen minutes.

Despite the volume of it all, I do have to say this was absolutely the most fun I've had since I started this challenge. 10/10 would recommend this video and will probably do it one more time tonight to actually meet by 20 minute goal. Don't worry, I won't let myself get away with shaving those five minutes off.

In additional awesome news, I did not have to use my inhaler. I repeat, I did not have to use my inhaler.
